These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the personal workout application (the "App"). The App is published and operated by Pengadang ("Publisher", "we", "us", or "our").
You may use the App only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

If future versions permit user-generated content, you agree that any such content must comply with these Terms and applicable law. We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend functionality if content violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

If online account features are introduced later, users will be provided a reasonable method to request account deletion and deletion of associated personal data, except where retention is required by law, legitimate fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or recordkeeping obligations.
The App may store workout-related information locally on your device in order to provide core functionality. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and backing up any information you wish to preserve, if and when backup functionality is offered.
You are responsible for your own device, settings, and actions taken based on information shown in the App.
The App may use or link to third-party services, operating system features, app stores, websites, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or their privacy/security practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and policies from those providers.
The App, including its software, design, branding, text, layout, graphics, and other materials provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Pengadang and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by applicable law.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice, including to improve functionality, security, legal compliance, or platform compatibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pengadang and its affiliates, officers, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or device access, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pengadang from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or particular features at any time if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that you violated these Terms, created risk for users or third parties, or if suspension/termination is needed for legal or security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia, unless applicable law requires another forum.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective when published or otherwise made available with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
